The attractive beauty, something delicate... The residence Charles the 10th which is in the park of Saint Cyr sur Loire city hall presents numerous works of Reiko.

We must say about the cyclamen. This flower becomes a subject of her latest exhibition and produces especially an attractive world.
“The flowers of cyclamen which have naturally grown in the French park are once seen, I have been captured by them.” said Reiko.

Lots of works show the lives of this Japanese artist and her sensibility attached to the second home town.
La Perraudiere (name of this park), the lawn with fountain, the mansion of the Parc de la Tour, the steeple of the church which looks down on the Loire river become lively thanks to the flowers and the grandness of the trees to which Reiko has given lives.

Reiko has the small-scale technique which reaches to detail. In her work, sometimes, we can find a very big oil painting, but even in that picture, even to every petal of the flower of the cyclamen, to every leaf of the trees, she draws delicately one by one and shows innumerable small job to create whole work. We can not find her works without remembering of French impression group.
“I like to play with sunlight”, as this artist says, warm light and tones of the lights which reach at the foot of the trees give really warmth and mysterious atmosphere.

This Touraine district is often drawn in many of the scenery picture of Reiko. Also the work which was awarded at the Chatonnière castle is one of that. Being rooted in this country, this artist never forgets the Japanese feeling. In this exhibition, the numbers of the conventional Japanese style work are seen.

The “ink picture” is so and, the drawing technique which combines the India ink and water color, furthermore, can be seen in the calligraphy and in the folded paper work.

As for the bouquet of the watercolor painting which the roses are main objects, showing a very lively harmony, makes us a feelings as if we are watching a silk screen picture carefully drawn by lines with delicate contour. " Bouquet of marriage commemoration day", one of her bouquet works, has been awarded Grand prix at the salon of "Art et Poesie de Touraine 2005".

This artist, Reiko, shows a private exhibition for the calligraphy work of Bechellerie junior high school students whom she teaches.
In this exhibition, from traditional style to modern style, we can appreciate her various works which show us her artistic style and richness of her technique.
